We understand that Airbnb guest reservations change. In our payment policy, cancellations or rescheduling requests made with more than 24 hours' notice incur no fee. For last-minute changes within 24 hours of scheduled turnover, payment policies apply to cover allocated team resources.

What are your standard payment terms?

Invoices are issued automatically following turnover completion or weekly depending on your service plan. Prompt payment ensures continuous calendar scheduling and dedicated availability for your upcoming guest stays.

How does scheduling work across fast turnarounds?

We coordinate directly with your booking calendar. Turnover cleans are completed within standard changeover windows (typically between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM), ensuring ready status prior to incoming guest arrivals.

What is included in the turnaround clean?

Every clean covers thorough sanitisation, fresh linen stripping and laundering, restocking hotel-standard amenities, guest-ready staging, and a detailed condition report to safeguard your host ratings.

What happens if damage or missing items are discovered?

Our cleaners carry out an inspection upon entering your Perth property. Any damage, unusual mess, or missing amenities are photographed immediately and sent to you to streamline Airbnb security claims.

What are the terms for co-hosting and management services?

Our co-hosting and full management agreements offer flexible month-to-month arrangements without lock-in contracts, giving you ultimate peace of mind and complete visibility over your property.

Do you provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
