Dedicated solely to short-stay turnover

At Turnaround Co, we do not do standard domestic house cleans. Our focus is 100% on holiday rentals and Airbnbs. That means high-level sanitising, five-star hotel presentation, restaging, and meticulous attention to detail to secure top reviews for Perth property hosts.

Fair pay and independent contracting

We respect the hard work that goes into every clean. We align our rates with Fair Work standards to ensure transparent, rewarding earnings. All staff and contractors must have their own active Australian Business Number (ABN) to partner with Turnaround Co.

What you need to get started

Because hosts place immense trust in our team, every crew member must hold a current national police clearance. We look for individuals with prior experience in Airbnb turnover or premium hospitality, reliable transport, and an eye for immaculate styling.
